 I am an experienced Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor who loves helping clients obtain fitness and health goals. I have been getting bodies in motion for over 15 years, yet found my true love for Pilates in 2005. Since then, I have taught countless students from all over the country about living a 'Pilates Lifestyle'.

*Founder and President of AHA Health Consulting LLC.
* Initiated and expanded a Pilates program at John C. Lincoln Hospital for employees.
* Founder of the non profit organization ' Inner Tough Girls' 
a cancer Survivorship program.
*Worked in professional Pilates studio with clients ranging from elderly to professional athletes. *Created and implemented new wellness programs  for various facilities throughout the Valley. *Wrote and published the ebook "Banish Your Back Pain from Sitting At Your Desk".
*Designed and published "Believe"  - a  fitness and health journal for clients .
*Maintain weekly blog on health and wellness.

Based on my ebook “Banish Back Pain from Sitting at Your Desk”  This  workshop  goes over strengthening and flexibility exercise for people  stuck at the computer all day. Sitting is one of the worst things we can do for our backs. Unfortunately, it’s unavoidable sometimes. Have more energy and clarity to get your work done!   Learn the things to do to keep your back healthy and strong . No prior Pilates experience needed.

25 Ways to Detox Your Life

Our bodies were designed when the world was less polluted.  We are bombarded by more and more toxins and chemicals on a daily basis than ever before. Even so -called 'healthy foods' are choc full of pollutants to our system. Built up toxins in the system cause inflammation in the body leading to arthritis, diabetes, obesity and even cancer.  This workshop will take you through creative, fun and easy ways to reclaim your health and vitality.




Pilates for Golfers
Pilates is being used by pros and amateurs to strengthen and lengthen your way to a better golf game.  This class will focus on flexibility, exercises to improve core strength and certain ‘problem areas’ that are needed for a smooth golf swing. No prior Pilates experience needed.



 Cancer and Exercise
A Mind Body Approach to Healing- Sometimes what you don’t know CAN hurt you. This program that goes over the things that get lost somewhere between your  oncologists and surgeons. Chemo, radiation and surgery can leave long term effect s in your body.  We will learn not only what exercises you should be doing, but WHY exercise is so important throughout treatment and after.  It also includes a take home booklet of the exercises to do on a daily basis. This workshop is for anyone who is currently undergoing treatment or has had treatment in the past.   Presented on donation basis to benefit Strong Body, Strong Mind- a non profit that trains cancer patients to regain strength and vitality.



You host the party, I’ll bring the Pilates!
 
Certified, Insured Pilates Instructor will come to your house or facility of choice and bring everything needed for a Pilates Party. Pilates Parties can be as involved as designing them around a wedding shower or just getting a few friends together to work out. All parties are based on your individual needs.
Pilates Parties include:
All equipment needed .  i.e. mats, bands, balls
1 ½ hour of Pilates instruction.
The Traveling Detox Smoothie  Bar – ( all natural tonics served hot or iced )
