Welcome to the Pilates Lounge. I found Pilates in 2002 and never looked back. The principles of the exercises have changed my life in profound ways. Pilates has been like a friend to me, teaching me new things about myself, gently pushing me to be a better person and always being there for better and for worse.
A few years into my Pilates career I was diagnosed with breast cancer and the next few years I called on every Pilates Principle I knew to help me through this challenging time.
